Most of the time we have our whole day planned out and we try to follow and stick to our schedule as much as possible. But we sometimes forget keeping in touch with God if our plans are according to what He wants us to do for that day. God may lead us to to a totally different direction that is not in line with our plans and we have to be brave enough to hear God’s voice in to the direction where He wants us to go even if its not in our plans.
Do you keep in touch with God’s voice in planning your day?
Today should be a good day. Listen for God’s voice to lead you and be determined to walk with the Spirit and go with the flow where God is leading you today.
“Blessed (happy, fortunate, prosperous, and enviable) is the man who walks and lives not in the counsel of the ungodly [following their advice, their plans and purposes], nor stands [submissive and inactive] in the path where sinners walk, nor sits down [to relax and rest] where the scornful [and the mockers] gather. But his delight and desire are in the law of the Lord, and on His law (the precepts, the instructions, the teachings of God) he habitually meditates (ponders and studies) by day and by night.” Psalm 1:1-2
